However, due to the nature of digital products and the inherent risks associated with automated trading, we have a strict no refund policy for all EA purchases. By purchasing and using our EAs, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

   EAs are digital products that are delivered instantly upon purchase. As such, they cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once the purchase is completed.

2. Performance Disclaimer:

4. Testing and Evaluation:
   Before purchasing an EA, you are encouraged to test it on a demo account to evaluate its performance and suitability for your trading strategy. Once you proceed with the purchase, you accept full responsibility for the use of the EA.

5. Technical Issues:
   While we strive to ensure our EAs are free from defects, technical issues may arise due to platform updates, connectivity problems, or other unforeseen circumstances. Trade Pro FX is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from such issues.

6. No Refunds:
   All sales of EAs are final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

   • Dissatisfaction with the EA's performance.

   • Changes in market conditions affecting the EA's results.

   • Technical issues or compatibility problems.

   • Misuse or improper configuration of the EA.

7. Responsibility:
   By purchasing an EA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the risks associated with automated trading. You agree to use the EA at your own risk and waive any claims for refunds, damages, or losses arising from its use.

8. Support and Updates:
   Trade Pro FX may provide support and updates for EAs at its discretion. However, this does not entitle you to a refund if you are dissatisfied with the EA or its performance.
